Empathetic hospitality, meticulous cleanliness in rooms, common spaces, and the pool, top-notch kitchen service, splendid location, professional and cheerful staff: what more could you want!!! We only stayed for two days on our way back from Puglia towards Milan, but we had a heavenly time!!! And we can't wait to come back!!! See you soon.

Excellent facility, new and clean. Spacious and well-equipped rooms (hairdryer, safe, fridge, soap, shower gel, moisturizer, etc.). The structure is right in front of the sea, so you can leave your car and enjoy your vacation in total relaxation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed and breakfast formula offers excellent (truly) international breakfasts. If you are looking for a place for a period of relaxation, pampering, and surrounded by high-quality services, this is the place you've been looking for.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days in August, and I would like to point out that it is the only property that did not require a full-week stay. Therefore, even for those like me with a few days off during that period, I was able to relax! The courtesy of the owner and staff, the seafront location, meticulous cleanliness, excellent breakfast, the pool, and the reserved parking all contributed to making the stay truly enjoyable. The only downside was the beach service offered, not in line with the hotel's standard.

The property and the staff are wonderful people: friendly, kind, helpful, and polite. The facility is modern and spotlessly clean, including the pool and the breakfast room. And everyone always has a smile for the guests, which is no small thing. An experience to be repeated very willingly.

Location: on the road facing the sea, very easy to reach from the highway, quiet with public parking available in the immediate vicinity (mid-September). High cleanliness and service standards. Very varied and abundant breakfast. Excellent dinner recommendations. Very favorable quality/price ratio. Dog-friendly.

Cleanliness and hospitality are the watchwords of this hotel. We spent days of pure relaxation thanks to the services and small attentions provided. Superb breakfast, sea just a stone's throw away, and a room with all the comforts. The hotel is located in a very quiet area between the center of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto. It was a beautiful discovery!
